I created M.B. Salas Designs from a belief that what we wear can communicate something about who we are. My work draws from New York, the Bronx, personal experiences, language, identity, and the everyday details that can become the starting point for a design.
Each piece begins with an idea—sometimes a message, a memory, a phrase, or simply something I see—and develops into something intended to feel personal to the person who chooses to wear it.

What we wear can communicate something about who we are. A graphic, an embroidered detail, or a visual concept can become part of someone's individual style and story.
I approach each design with intention. The goal is not simply to create another item of clothing or accessory, but to create something with a point of view—something that can carry meaning while still leaving room for the person wearing it to make it their own.
